Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 10 days of your order being confirmed. Return Shipping fees will be deducted from store credit. We do not issue refunds, only store credit (this are valid for one year from the day it was created).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

Orders are limited to ONE exchange only. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are FINAL SALE: Orders placed with any discount code higher than10%, anything in the Sale section, items reduced in price, or clearance. These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at shopserendipia.pr@gmail.com to receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING FEES 

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
