Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received on holidays and/or weekends will be processed the following business day. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within U.S Territories. 

We have the following shipping options available for selected eligible regions:                                  USPS First-Class Mail- $5 & USPS Priority Shipping - $10 | FREE on orders over $100

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Orders that are placed successfully will receive an email confirmation with the order details and tracking information provided. In case you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or log in to your account on serendipiapr.com.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Please note that we will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling will be charged to customer. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for delayed, missing, or lost items in the mail once shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps with the United States Postal Service and file an insurance claim if the package is missing or lost.
